Primary Responsibilities:

The Director of Behavioral Health – Southwest Virginia is responsible for the clinical management of all counselling and case management services for Southwest Virginia. The Director will develop area-wide counselling and case management strategies. It supports the Savita mission to provide respectful, compassionate and effective treatment. And also, The critical elements of the position include: 1) determining the mix of licenses and credentials of counselling and case management staff; 2) recruiting, onboarding and training of staff; 3) setting and meeting clinical quality and productivity performance standards and leading the overall performance management of team 4) ensuring clinical policies and procedures update and followed 5) conformity of regulations

The Director will work with the field operations team to implement the counselling and case management strategy and ensure that medical and behavioural services fully integrate. In addition, the Director will oversee the clinical operations of counselling. And also, case management as a service line manager working with field operations to achieve our mission.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide clinical supervision and clinical oversight of Behavioral Health Staff.
  • Ensure the financial success of the counselling and case management service lines.
